About the Artist
​I have been drawing and painting professionally since 2001. I specialise in bright quirky paintings of animals, birds and flowers. I use minimal line and bright bold watercolours to create bright, happy paintings.
I have always had an interest in wildlife and birds and drawing and painting them. I grew up in Wiltshire where hares running and playing in the fields and across the downs was a common sight and a great inspiration to me. Each year I grow a large patch of wildflowers, colourful annuals and flowers to attract butterflies and bees, the fantastic colours provide much inspiration for my floral paintings.
Colour and vibrancy is a love of mine, I work in watercolour and love watching the pure colours merge and blend like magic on the paper. My paintings are first carefully drawn in ink, the painting is then brought to life with bright and vibrant watercolour.

About the Art
At Peppermint Art I try my hardest to make sure you will be 100% satisfied when you purchase one of my paintings. I promise when you receive your painting you will just have to smile. It is such a wonderful feeling know each and every painting sold is cheering somebody up right now.
Every painting is hand drawn and painted with Artists Quality paint on beautiful thick and textured watercolour paper. Each painting is signed and dated on the back.
Paintings are packed flat and carefully packaged by me (the artist) to ensure they reach you in pristine, just from the studio condition.
Each painting is sold in a white mount so it is ready to pop into your choice of frame as soon as you unwrap it. I make sure all my mounts are standard sizes so a frame should be very easy to find.
